CNC开料CNC Cutting

数控切割设备按图纸尺寸对原片玻璃精密切割开料，外形尺寸精准，为后续工序打好基础。 CNC cutting machines precisely cut raw glass sheets to drawing dimensions with high accuracy, laying a solid foundation for downstream processes.

磨边机磨边Edge Grinding

全自动磨边机对玻璃四边进行粗磨、精磨、抛光，边缘顺滑细腻、不刮手，倒角均匀一致。 Automatic edge grinders perform rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing on all four edges for a smooth, splinter-free, uniformly chamfered finish.

CNC开孔CNC Drilling

数控开孔与异形铣削加工，圆孔、方孔、异形孔位一次成型，孔位精度高、无崩边。 CNC drilling and shaped milling form round, square and custom holes in one pass with high positioning accuracy and no chipping.

钢化炉钢化Tempering

物理钢化使玻璃强度提升至普通玻璃的数倍，破碎后呈钝角小颗粒，安全可靠。 Physical tempering raises strength several-fold; when broken, glass shatters into small obtuse-angled particles for safety.

化学强化炉强化Chemical Strengthening

化学离子交换工艺，特别适用于薄玻璃与异形件，表面压应力高，平整度好、不变形。 Ion-exchange chemical strengthening, ideal for thin and shaped glass, delivers high surface compressive stress with flatness and no distortion.

超声波清洗Ultrasonic Cleaning

多槽超声波清洗彻底去除玻璃表面粉尘与油污，保证丝印附着力和产品洁净度。 Multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning thoroughly removes dust and oil, ensuring ink adhesion and product cleanliness.

手工丝印及丝印机丝印Silk-Screen Printing

高温丝印油墨印刷图标、Logo与装饰线条，色彩饱满、附着力强、耐磨不脱落。 High-temperature inks print icons, logos and decorative lines with vivid color, strong adhesion and wear resistance.

检验包装Inspection & Packing

外观、尺寸、丝印逐片全检，合格品以保护材料独立防护包装，安全送达客户手中。 Every piece is fully checked for appearance, dimensions and printing, then individually protected and packed for safe delivery.
